01 — Individual Psychological Therapy

Assessment and therapy for individuals. All clients receive an initial assessment to understand and formulate their needs, typically over 1-3 sessions. Treatment recommendations (if any) will then be provided. Therapy sessions are 50-55 minutes.

Cost: $195 + GST

02 — Professional Supervision

Professional supervision for psychologists and other health professionals, with a focus on competencies and reflective practice. Supervision sessions are 50-55 minutes.

Cost: $205 + GST

03 — Informed Consent for Gender-Affirming Care

Specialist assessments to support access to gender-affirming care can be provided, where this has been deemed necessary by your care provider.

Hormone and surgery informed consent (16+ years): 1-2 hours, plus clinical letter of support
Cost: $355 + GST

Informed consent for gender affirming-care (under 16yo): 2-3 hours plus clinical letter of support, at least one parent/guardian must attend
Cost: $500 + GST

04 — ACC Sensitive Claims

Limited spaces are available for clients who meet criteria for ACC sensitive claims. Please let me know if you have an accepted claim or believe you may meet criteria for ACC sensitive claims funding.

05 — Online-Only Therapy

I am happy to provide fully online services to clients living in New Zealand, particularly if my focus or specialties are difficult to access in your home region or if a requirement to attend in person is a barrier to accessing support. This is not suitable for all clients but can be discussed on a case-by-case basis. Online services are not available to clients living outside of New Zealand.
